Why Wear Wool Compression Leg Sleeves?

Sunday, January 18th, 2015

Wool is a very popular fiber for all outdoors and adventure sports. After hearing about wool for some time, you may be wondering what is so great about wool? When you hear “wool” the first thing that may come to mind is your grandpa’s old itchy sweater, but wool is actually one of the best fabrics out there!

FastWool™ Compression Leg Sleeves

Warms Better:
Wool is a natural insulator and thermo-regulator, which helps keep your body warm through the coldest temperatures.

Breathes Better:
Nothing absorbs sweat and releases back into the air like wool. It is the most breathable natural fabric.

Smells Better:
Wool is one of the best anti-odor fabrics, especially for athletes. Wool is very efficient at absorbing sweat and not letting it sit on the body. Also, bacteria prefer to hand out in synthetic fibers so they stay away from wool!

Plus, it is eco-friendly and sustainable! Wool is totally natural, entirely renewable and sustainable.

We recently launched our first wool compression leg sleeves using FastWool™. This is a blend of the best wool with our proprietary super soft fabric. Wear FastWool™ and you get not-itchy, natural warmth plus all the great benefits of out compression leg sleeves like muscle support, shin splint relief, and faster recovery.

Learn more about our new FastWool™ Compression Leg Sleeves and let us know when you take them for a winter run!

From White to Bright!

Thursday, January 15th, 2015

To get 2015 started the right way, we want to use the New Year to go from White to Bright! In a collaboration with 10 awesome bloggers, the #whitetobright project shows how we can take any white product and transform it into something unique and colorful. Each blogger is getting a set of white compression leg sleeves. The leg sleeves are made in the USA and help runners prevent shin splints, reduce calf soreness, and recover faster after tough workouts. Each blogger will design the white compression leg sleeves with their own materials and style. All of the participants in the #whitetobright project are listed below. We will post all of the projects as they are released. Follow along with the hashtag #whitetobright on social media and stay tuned to see more!

Cycle for Survival

Wednesday, January 14th, 2015

For the 3rd year, Team Zensah will be participating in Cycle for Survival. This is a national movement with the goal to beat rare cancers. In partnership with Equinox and Soul Cycle, we will be indoor cycling for 4 hours in order to raise money for this incredible organization.

100% of the donations go directly to the Memorial Sloan Kettering research for finding a cure for orphan cancers. We have a big goal and hope you can help us reach it. If you purchase white or orange compression leg sleeves during the month of January 50% of sales will go to Cycle for Survival! And if you want to donate directly, here is our team page. Every dollar helps!
